95 Tyler ISD students earn AP Scholar honors

Each year, the Advanced Placement (AP) Program of the College Board recognizes students who have demonstrated significant achievement on AP Exams through the AP Scholar Awards. Based on May 2018 AP exam scores, 95 Tyler ISD students have earned 103 AP Scholar Awards, including eight National AP Scholar Awards.


In 2018, 53 Tyler ISD students were named an AP Scholar, 17 students were named AP Scholars with Honor and 25 students received AP Scholars with Distinction. Most notably, eight students were honored as 2018 National AP Scholars.
