Pathways to Professions brings guest speakers into classrooms

The Tyler ISD Career and Technology Center recently hosted its first Pathways to Professions event. Pathways to Professions brings in guest speakers who represent various career pathways offered to CTE students. The three part series kicked off at the CTC October 24, to be followed by a second event at John Tyler High School Oct. 30 and the final event at Robert E. Lee High School Nov. 6. 


Some of the professional careers represented  include: Ingersoll Rand, CBS19, Roberts & Roberts Law Firm, Texas Game Wardens, UT Health Science Center, UT Health, Fitzpatrick Architects, South Tyler Animal Clinic, Boys & Girls Club, Rose City Summer Camps, UT Tyler, KLTV, Henry & Peters, Edward Jones, WRL Construction, TJC, Southwest Transplant Alliance, Rose Spa, Gospel Village, Southside Bank, Visit Tyler, Tyler Parks & Rec, Homewood Suites.
