Here are a few of the great things that took place across the district the week of Sept 30 through October 4, 2019!


Kindergartners at Caldwell Arts Academy discovered the power of magnets and recorded their findings.


Hubbard Middle School AVID students prepared for their Socratic Seminars by reading with a purpose and marking text strategies.


Texas College Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity brothers visited Austin Elementary School to encourage 4th and 5th grade boys to join the Boys2Men enrichment club. 


Criminal justice students at the CTC held a mock trial inside the CTC Courtroom.


It was career day at Clarkston Elementary where professionals presented a variety of career fields.


Senior architecture students visited Fitzpatrick Architects to experience the field firsthand.


Culinary arts students at the CTC learned about the importance of building vendor relationships.


Andy Woods Elementary made math stations fun with interactive learning.


And Tyler community and business leaders spoke with students at Lee in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.
